• Lastly, the animal in the submitted photos has been given Kombat Boots products.

BY SUBMITTING A PHOTO YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE: You have sole ownership of any and all rights, including the copyright, in and to the photos submitted and hereby assign any and all such rights to Kombat Boots, Inc. Submission of photos does not guarantee use or publication.

You have obtained from any and all individual(s) featured in the photo you submit authorization which allows you to submit such photo bearing their name, image and/or likeness in connection with the photo’s use and or publication by Kombat Boots, Inc. and those individuals have acknowledged and agree that Kombat Boots, Inc. can use such photos on or featured in connection with any of its programs, digital and social media advertising programs or any other advertising medium in perpetuity. Certain media platforms may be outside of Kombat Boots’ control.

You and anyone else featured in your submitted photos have no right of approval and no claim to compensation for or arising out of the use or publication of your photos by Kombat Boots, Inc. Additionally, you hereby release Kombat Boots, Inc., its representatives and assigns, from any and all claims of or arising out of the use or publication of the submitted photos by Kombat Boots, Inc. from date of submission to the end of time. Furthermore, you hereby waive and release Kombat Boots Inc., its representatives and assigns, from any and all claims of or arising out of, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, right of publicity, blurring, alteration, distortion, illusionary effect, faulty reproduction, fictionalization, or the use in any form of your name, signature, picture, likeness, voice, audio or video recordings and biographical information.

By submitting a photo, you hereby agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Kombat Boots, Inc., its representatives and assigns, from any and all damages, liabilities, attorney’s fees and costs incurred in defending against any and all claims by you, your representatives or agents, or any third-party to this agreement.
