After the first day, his FWS had improved by 80%

First, I want to say thank you John, you took the time to return my call that I made on a Sunday.  Most people and companies don't care about customers or other people enough to even do that much.  You took the time to reach out just to see how you could assist me.

Second, after having an actual conversation with me, you sent me a free 2 lb. bag of Kombat Kleer for my horses ongoing FWS.  This has been a horror I have been dealing with for the past 4 months.  At first when I received the Kombat Kleer my heart fell, my horse hates and refuses to even touch powders.  However, the woman who takes care of my horses during the week had faith and tried it.  He eats it all up, every last bite and licks his bowl clean.  After the first day, his FWS had improved by 80% and she has told me that since he has had no additional episodes.  

Which means for the first time in 4 months, my first job when heading to the farm this weekend WILL NOT be spending an hour scrubbing his butt, legs, and hooves and slathering him in medications due to the severe hair loss and skin adhesions from all of the runny watery poo down his legs.  I will be on the site with a follow-up review once we are good and clear but did want to pass on my gratitude and thanks for you as a representative of a society that is greatly missed in today's work ethic and care for each other!
